David McGraynor is Chief Operating Officer of ITV Studios, where he drives operational performance, commercial strategy and long-term value creation across one of the world’s largest producers and distributors of television content spanning premium drama and globally successful entertainment formats.
Part of FTSE-listed ITV plc, ITV Studios operates more than 60 production labels across 13 markets and produces nearly 7,000 hours of content annually. Since joining the business in 2011, David has played a central role in its transformation, helping to build a global Studios powerhouse with revenues of over £2bn through a combination of organic growth, operational improvement and disciplined M&A.
David previously held senior finance and corporate development roles at TUI Travel plc, where he was part of the leadership team that delivered the £3.5BN merger creating TUI Travel, and led numerous international transactions. He began his career in corporate finance and is a Chartered Accountant.
