Paul Buccieri

Mr. Buccieri ensures the continued success of the company as a leading producer of reality programming.

Based in Los Angeles, California, Mr. Buccieri is responsible for the acquisition, development of scripted and non-scripted series and movies for television for the US networks and the International market, and for continuing the successes and reputation the company has as a leading producer of reality programming for the major broadcast and cable networks.


Prior to joining ITV Studios, Mr. Buccieri was at FOX/Twentieth Television as President of Programming, Production and Development and at Endemol as Executive Producer.

Sam Zoda

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Zoda has played a significant role in building the US operation.

Zoda joined ITV Studios America in January, 2004 as Senior Vice President of Production to assist with the newly formed American production unit of UK's Granada Productions. He played a significant role in the building of the US operation and with the development & production of numerous successful productions for broadcast and cable networks such as Hell’s Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, Nanny 911 (FOX), Hit Me Baby One More Time, Marco Pierre White's Chopping Block, Phenomenon (NBC), Game Show Marathon (CBS), Celebrity Fit Club (VH1), and The First 48 (A&E). Zoda was promoted to EVP in 2005 giving him a larger role of oversight and then promoted once again to COO in 2008.

Prior to ITV Studios America, Zoda was an Executive in Charge of Production. He has produced programming for NBC, ABC, FOX, MTV, Lifetime, GSN, Travel Channel, A&E, Animal Planet, Discovery, TLC and HGTV.

Emily Brecher

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Emily Brecher is responsible to oversee all finance operations of the LA and NY offices, and the company’s financial strategies and policies.

Emily Brecher joined the company in 1997 and was appointed as CFO in 2005. Emily is a Certified Public Accountant with more than ten year experience in public accounting. Prior to joining ITV Studios, Emily was the controller of First Look Studios.

Patrice Andrews

Patrice Andrews

Executive Vice-President - New York, Development, Production & Operations

Andrews has managed such cable television productions as Airline, The First 48, Runaway Squad and Steven Seagal Lawman. 

Andrews joined ITV Studios in 2004 as Vice President of Production & Operations and has managed such cable television productions as Airline, The First 48 and Runaway Squad, Steven Seagal Lawman SWAT (A&E), Room Raiders (MTV), Danger Coast (CMT) and Dinner Takes All and Four Weddings (TLC).

Prior to joining ITV Studios, Andrews worked at Discovery Channel from 1987 to 1999 where her career spanned from public relations to on-air promotion to programming. She was the Head of Production for Discovery Pictures prior to moving to New York in late 1999 to run MetroTV as the SVP of Programming & Production. She then worked at A&E as an Executive Producer from 2003 to 2004 prior joining ITV.

Ivan Garel Jones

Ivan Garel-Jones is responsible for business affairs across all of ITV Studios’ production output in US. 

Ivan Garel-Jones joined ITV Studios in January 2004. He is responsible for business affairs across all of ITV Studios’ production output in US. He has a team of three in-house attorneys, two based in the Los Angeles office and one based in the New York office.

Ivan Garel-Jones originally joined ITV Studios in London in October 2000, where he worked in production business affairs in all genres from scripted, to non-scripted entertainment. Before ITV, he worked at an independent production company producing documentaries for Discovery and National Geographic Channel. He started his career as a private practice attorney at Clifford Chance in London.

John X. Kim

Senior Executive Producer

John X. Kim is one of the most sought-after creators and showrunners in investigation and justice programming.

He is the Creator and Executive Producer of The First 48, the highly acclaimed real-life homicide investigation series now in its 12th Season on A&E.  He is also the Executive Producer of Steven Seagal Lawman, After the First 48, Runaway Squad, and The Interrogators. His previous programs include Vanished, Dallas SWAT, Detroit SWAT, Kansas City SWAT, Last Seen Alive, Miami City Vice and Crime Scenes Uncovered. He has also produced numerous other crime, medical, and lifestyle shows for various networks.

Prior to joining ITV Studios, Kim was a producer and editor at New York Times Television, CBS News Productions, Broadcast News Network, and Oxygen Media.  He has a BA from Johns Hopkins University and attended the MFA program in Film at Temple University.

An award-winning journalist, Paul moved into reality television more than a decade ago by helping develop and sell the format Challenge Anneka to the US market.

Since then Paul has worked with international companies including the BBC, Cineflix and Mentorn - working on pilots in London, Paris and Amsterdam as well as New York and his adopted town of Los Angeles. Paul joins ITV Studios America from FremantleMedia where he served as VP of Development.

Brian Zagorski has been at ITV Studios since 2007 serving as Executive Director of Development.

Brian Zagorski has been at ITV Studios since 2007 serving as Executive Director of Development. Prior to ITV Studios Brian was at Twentieth Television for two and a half years serving as an Executive Director. Before launching his career in Development, Brian is credited as a producer and editor on a variety of reality shows and scripted series working for companies such as Endemol, Herzog & Company and Autonomy.

Senior Vice President, Development, East Coast based at ITV Studios America’s New York office

Rob develops new non-scripted programming for the US broadcast and cable markets to support the company's continued growth plans. Previously the Vice President of Development at Leftfield Pictures, Shaftel oversaw the development of more than 20 series for top cable networks, including Counting Cars on History Channel, which was one of the top non-fiction series premieres on cable when it launched. He also developed Leftfield’s first broadcast network show, Ball Boys, for ABC and Pawn Stars spinoff Cajun Pawn Stars for History, as well as History’s hit series American Restoration, Science Channel’s Oddities franchise, Food Network’s Health Inspectors, National Geographic Channel’s Bid & Destroy and Bravo’s Fashion Hunters, amongst others. Shaftel also oversaw development of Guntucky for CMT.

Claudia Wong is currently Executive Director, Creative Strategy for ITV Studios

Claudia Wong is currently Executive Director, Creative Strategy for ITV Studios, building on their extensive slate and working with the team in developing new programming for the US broadcast and cable networks. She is also responsible for communications – press and publicity for ITV Studios America. 

Claudia was previously based at ITV Studios’ London HQ where she coordinated development activity and was the Brand and Marketing Manager since 2005.  Prior to ITV Studios, Claudia has worked for IPC Media (Time Warner) and for News International Newspapers (News Corporation).

SVP Human Resources

Amy Baker is the SVP of Human Resources for ITV Studios America.

Prior to joining ITV Studios in 2005, Amy worked for ARAMARK in the Sports & Entertainment Division as HR Manager at PNC Park in Pittsburgh, PA. Amy has worked in an HR capacity with companies such as JC Penney's, Valhalla Microbrewery and Restaurant and Northwestern Mutual Insurance.
