Following the phenomenal ratings success of the one-off special, Lewis is back. The brand new series is centred around Inspector Robbie Lewis (Kevin Whately - The English Patient), sidekick to Morse in the internationally successful and much loved Inspector Morse. In this series of intriguing murder mystery stories Lewis has stepped out of Morse's shadow and has a younger sidekick of his own, the ambitious Hathaway (Laurence Fox - Gosford Park). Lewis is rebuilding his life after his wife's death and continues having to prove himself to his new boss. Its sixth series is now airing.
